Ceren’s journey started on Turkey’s Aegean coast, where her family’s tourism background taught her the art of making people feel welcome. After moving to the U.S., she found her calling in hospitality, working her way from bartending to leading teams as General Manager and Regional Director at Barcelona Wine Bar. She has moved to New Orleans having been inspired by its Southern Hospitality and Cultural diversity. Her love for creating memorable guest experiences and her knack for building strong connections made her a standout in the industry.

As Director of Food & Beverage, Ceren focuses on ensuring every guest feels at home. Whether it’s crafting a seamless dining experience or making sure the details are just right, her goal is simple: to make sure everyone leaves with a smile and a story to tell.
